Fascias & Soffits in Berkshire
The fascia is the board the guttering fixes to, and the soffit closes in the underside of the overhang. On older homes these are timber, and once they start to rot they let water and pests into the roof space and leave the guttering with nothing solid to hang from.
We strip the old timber, check the rafter ends behind it, and fit new uPVC fascias, soffits and bargeboards with ventilation built in so the roof space still breathes. In white, black, grey or a woodgrain finish, they smarten up the roofline and never need painting.
